Refund & Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the problem. For most issues we can arrange for your order to be reprinted at no further charge or if a change to the original is needed, we will issue you with a credit and guide you through making the amendment and placing the new order.
To ensure quality and so that we can inspect the defective order, we may ask that you return it to us or to provide a few photographs illustrating the defect, prior to receiving credits or refunds.

How do I send back returned items?
Depending upon what you’re returning, we will let you know how to return the items.
How soon should I expect to see a refund from you?
Once a refund has been credited to your account we’ll send you an email notification and you will also be able to see the refund listed in the notifications tab in your account. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
Can I cancel an order I’ve placed?
If you wish to cancel your order immediately after you have uploaded your photos and paid, please email email@example.com with the title “Cancel Order #[your order number here]“.
For a prompt delivery, we begin processing your print order within a short time period after the order has been placed. We are unable to reverse/adjust the order after that.
